Thursday, November 21 from 3 to 8 p.m. and Friday, November 22 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at FleetFeet Sports, 9525 Kenwood Road in Blue Ash. (513) 793-8383

Race Day: Saturday, November 23 at the Sharon Woods Training Center, from 3:00 p.m to 4:45 p.m. Race officials and volunteers are not responsible for unclaimed packets.

DISTANCE
The race will include a USATF certified 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk. The race is chip timed.

COURSES
This challenging, hilly course winds through beautiful Sharon Woods and features the final mile through Holiday in Lights at dusk. For safety on the course, pets are not permitted.

PARKING
Free, limited event parking is available at Sharon Woods near the Sharon Centre and at the Rocky Creek parking lot. Additional free event parking is available at Park 42, right across the street from the Sharon Woods main entrance on Route 42. Race organizers encourage participants to arrive early.

POST RACE ACTIVITIES
Plan to stay for food and fun inside a heated tent near the Sharon Centre and then visit Santaland.

RESULTS AND OTHER INFO
Awards will be presented to the top 5 men and top 5 women. Full race results will be posted at www.racedmc.com. Click here to see results.

The race will start promptly at 5pm. Please allow plenty of time to park across the street and walk to the start.

AMENITIES
All pre-registered participants will receive a sleighful of goodies (valued at over $40):
Long sleeve t-shirt, Commemorative Holiday in Lights 5K ornament, Santa sack filled with discount coupons from local merchants, and one pass to Holiday in Lights.

Pre-registration is $26 ($21 for kids 12 and under). Online registration, available at getmeregistered.com, closes at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION
Late registration is $31 ($26 for kids 12 and under). All amenities mentioned above may not be available on race day. Race day registration begins at 3:30 p.m. at the Sharon Woods Training Center, adjacent to the Sharon Centre.
